The length of stay depends upon the needs of each individual. The key to our success is that we are supportive environment which assists alcoholics and addicts to learn to live a recovery life style. We do not have a 'black out' which allows the residents to become self supportive. Each resident is required to attend a weekly house meeting. Phase I consists of six homes in a row, a recovery community. No deposit required and the first months rent is $695. Residents have a curfew and may take over night passes. The following is furnished for those in Phase I; food, toiletries, recreation room, weights, dinner is cooked for the residents, and wireless Internet. All homes are fully furnished; including utilities and cable TV. Every home has a house manager. Our Phase II is for those who have completed Phase I, a minimum of 30 days, working a good 12-Step program and are being a part of the CSTL family. Residents have 9 other homes to choose from. A small deposit is required and the rents are lower. The Phase II homes are in Fair Oaks, Orangevale, Rancho Cordova and Sacramento. All are close to public transportation.
